We are recruiting some Inspectors (Mech/Coating/E&I) for TotalEnergies Gas Project Module Fabrication at 5 Manufacturers in Qingdao, Weihai, Luoyang, Nantong Cities in China.

We need to deploy 70 % workforce that is expat and 30% of Chinese nationality at the fabrication yards. The priority will be given to Expat Inspectors who are currently residing in China and are available starting from tentatively Aug. 2025 for 18-month resident inspection assignments. However, hiring inspectors outside of China is also an option. The role of the inspectors will be Lead Surveillance Personnel, who will be responsible for overseeing the entire fabrication process.
Please refer to the table below for vendor locations and the required number of inspectors. It is important to note that all submitted inspectors must include an Exclusivity Statement. Additionally, inspectors who are approved must undergo and complete a medical examination (Health & Vision Assessment). The health and vision certificates will need to be submitted prior to the mobilization of approved inspectors to the site.

Total Energies: Ar Ratawi Gas Midstream Project
The South Gas Company (SGC) is governmental sector company (public sector), and it is one of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil companies. SGC has been tasked in developing a Gas Hub which objective is to valorise currently flared associated gas from several oil fields (as listed below) by gathering and transporting this gas to a new gas processing plant (GPP). This development is part of GGIP (Gas Growth Integrated Project) DPC (Development & Production Contract), which has been signed between the Iraqi authorities represented by BOC & SGC and a Contractor JV composed of TotalEnergies
This Gas Hub will be in the southern of Iraq, Basra Province and its scope includes:
1. Gas gathering system which include:
- Import raw gas pipelines from upstream gas compression stations i.e., Majnoon, WQ2, Ar Ratawi;
- Export production pipelines (dry gas, LPG & Condensate) and raw water import pipelines.
2. Central gas processing facility located in Ar-Ratawi, that will process RAW GAS to produce:
- DRY GAS (C1 &C2),
- LPG (C3 & C4),
- CONDENSATES (C5+)
3. As a base case, extracted Acid gas from raw gas will be reinjected in an aquifer reservoir.
4. Condensate storage and export facilities (off-loading jetty) located in Umm Qasr.
GC intends to develop the Gas Hub project in phases, with Phase I of the project designed to process 300 MMSCFD of raw gas and Phase II designed to process an additional 300 MMSCFD of raw gas. Upon completion of both phases, the processing capacity will be 600 MMSCFD. It is expected to improve the GPP capacity to more than 300 MMSCFD .
The immediate development plan is to design and install the first gas processing train of 300 MMSCFD. However, the process plant, the layout, the ICSS, the power plant, etc. of the GPP shall be developed in a way that is expandable when the second gas processing train is added.
